Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery cost
- Express Delivery (incl. Tracking): £2.95 on every order, including refills.
All prices include VAT. There are no customs or import charges to pay on delivery.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 1pm UK time on a working day are dispatched [DOPLNIŤ: the same / next] working day. Delivery usually takes [DOPLNIŤ: X–Y] working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. The product page shows your estimated delivery date before you order.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. You’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link, and you can check progress any time on our Track your order page.
Address and delivery problems
Please check your address and postcode at checkout. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within [DOPLNIŤ: 10] working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email hello@tryfiltra.com and we’ll send a replacement or refund you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
