Our 30-day money-back guarantee
Try Filtra for 30 days from the day your first order is delivered. If it isn’t for you, email hello@tryfiltra.com within those 30 days and we’ll refund the price you paid for that first order in full, including delivery. You don’t need to send anything back: keep the pouch.
- The guarantee applies to your first order of Filtra and is limited to one per household.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing your request.
- Refills and later orders are not covered by the guarantee, but you can stop or cancel refills at any time (see Manage or cancel your subscription).
Your legal right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Email hello@tryfiltra.com with your order number, or use the model cancellation form below. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or proof that you have sent them. You pay the cost of returning them.
For health and hygiene reasons this legal right does not apply to a pouch that has been opened after delivery. Our 30-day guarantee above still applies to your first order, opened or not.
Faulty or incorrect items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it at no cost to you, including any return postage.
Refills (subscriptions)
You can cancel refills at any time online in your account or by email. If a refill has already been dispatched, you can still cancel it within 14 days of receiving it under the rules above.
