Refills are there to make your morning habit easy, not to lock you in. You can change, skip or cancel them at any time.
How refills work
- Your refill costs the same as your first order and arrives every 4, 8 or 12 weeks, depending on your pack.
- We email you a few days before every refill is charged, so you always know what’s coming.
- There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
How to cancel or change
- Log in to your account with the email you used at checkout.
- Choose Manage subscription.
- Skip a refill, change how often it arrives, change your pack or cancel. Cancelling takes effect straight away for any refill that hasn’t been charged yet.
Prefer email? Write to hello@tryfiltra.com with “Cancel” and your order number and we’ll do it for you within 1 working day. You’ll get an email confirming the cancellation.
